  4. Monday, June 4th, 2012 • Depart Brawley Middle School at 6:00 a.m. • Arrive Williamsburg approximately noon • Lunch • Jamestown Settlement and Glassblowing • Arrive at Hotel • Dinner & Dancing on board the Spirit of Norfolk for a cruise on the Chesapeake and viewing of the battleships

  6. Tuesday, June 5th, 2012 • Breakfast at the hotel • Colonial Williamsburg Guided Tour • Lunch • Visit College of William and Mary • Hauntings of Williamsburg Ghost Tour • Return to Hotel

  7. Wednesday, June 6th, 2012 • Breakfast at the hotel • Yorktown Battlefield and Museum • Lunch at Busch Gardens • Busch Gardens Amusement Park • Dinner • Depart for Brawley Middle School • Arrive home approximately 11:00 p.m.

  9. Price • The price of our tour is $568.00 per participant based on 40-50 paid participants per bus. • 35-39 per bus - $583 30-34 per bus - $618 • 1st payment/dep of $150.00 due November 1st-15th • 2nd payment of $150.00 due January 27th • 3rd payment of $150.00 due March 2nd • Final payment will be due eight weeks prior to departure. (Invoices will be sent.)

  10. Parent Chaperones • There are a limited number of spaces for parent chaperones. The adult price is the same as the student price $568. • Triple Room - $29 • Double Room - $59 • Single Room - $179 • There will be one chaperone for every five students.

  11. Refund Guarantee Protection • Should a student/parent need to cancel for any reason prior to departure, RGP guarantees you a full refund of all monies. • Additional fee of $55.00 due with the deposit by November 15th. • Please read the cancellation policy carefully! I Need to Cancel?

  12. If a student has a discipline referral that results in In School Suspension (ISS) for 2 or more days during the last nine weeks, they are ineligible to attend the Williamsburg trip. If a student has 10 or more absences and needs to make up time, they are not permitted to go on the trip. Failure to attend After School Detention (ASD) which results in 3 or more In School Suspensions (ISS) during the last nine week period will also prevent them from attending the Williamsburg trip. Any major infractions while on the trip will lead to the student returning home at their own expense. Behavior/Discipline

  14. FYI Our tour is truly all-inclusive except for spending money. Electronic devices are permitted. Students are responsible for any damaged or stolen electronics. Luggage: One suitcase and one carry-on permitted

  15. Registration • Please complete the behavior contract • Return signed contract to your team representative: A Team-Mr. Schnug B Team-Mrs. Kennelly C Team-Mrs. Hinson • These teachers will give you a registration form. • You may register online or by mail. • 1st payment/deposit is due between November 1-15, 2011
