  1. Yield = 6-8 depending on size Ingredients Preparation In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt . Whisk in eggs, milk, and vanilla. (Use 1/2 cup of batter for each funnel cake.) Slowly pour 1/2 cup batter into hot oil, moving in a circular motion as you do so, to make each spiral-shaped funnel cake. Be sure to start in the middle and swirl around to make your unique shape. Fry each spiral of batter until golden brown, about 2 or 3 minutes, remove with tongs and lay on paper toweling to absorb oil. Transfer to a plate and … • 3 C all-purpose flour • 1/4 C sugar (white, gran) • 2 t baking powder • 1/2 t salt • 3 eggs • 2 C milk • 1 t vanilla extract

  2. Donut Holes (Yields = 2 dozen) Ingredients Preparation In a small mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder and salt. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together milk, vanilla, sugar and melted butter. Using a fork stir in dry ingredients and mix just until combined (think of making biscuit dough, you just want to incorporate the ingredients). Measure out 1 T dough and using your hands gently roll into a ball (Again this is like a biscuit dough you don't want to overwork it). Gently place dough ball into oil and fry until golden brown. Carefully remove with metal tongs or a slotted metal spoon and drain onto a paper towel lined plate. Roll in… • 1 and ¼ C all-purpose flour • 2 t baking powder • 1/4 t salt • ½ C milk • 1 t vanilla • 1/4 C white, granulated sugar • 1.5 ounces melted butter

  3. Granulated sugar, cinnamon sugar or powdered sugar, for coating
