  9. CoS Objection Process Review At the last IGG meeting we presented: • Key features of current process • Three alternative process options Some feedback was received from Market Participants. General preference for Option 3. 9

CoS Objection Process Review Details of Option 3 as follows: Option - All validated objections will go through unless New Supplier objects within time limit Pro: • Reduces risk that valid customer objections can be blocked whilst keeping open the option for the new Supplier to counter-object Con: • Cost and risk of changing process & systems • Risk of unwarranted objections • Would additionally require an arbitration procedure to handle counter objections 10

  11. CoS Objection Process Review Next Steps for RMDS: • Raise a Discussion Request • Analyse design elements and assess what is feasible to implement 11

HRDS Status Update 3-Phase Work Programme • Consolidated draft list of active (approved and emerging) requests is ready for HRDS Classification and available for review on RDMS Calendar (26 Aug) • Classification will be completed by late September (assuming HWG confirmation) • Prioritisation by IGG will be on list of ROI-specific requests available at or around October 12 IGG • Open to suggestions on how best to handle prioritisation process 12

  13. Update on Defect 10828 Defect 10828 – Failure of monthly batch job to download a list of Eligible customers for the Extranet • Solution is being worked on at the moment. ESB Networks plan to deliver this as part of the September release, with MCR 0161. 13
