Issue • Water Quantity; High Summer; Temperature; Highly Evolsive; Riparian Forest and Floodplain Increasingly Developed • Huge investments by USFS in upland restoration and maintenance • 9 runs of Pacific salmon listed under Endangered Species Act in 1999 For Salmon Recovery to be successful, watershed health and riparian forest protection and enhancement practices needed to occur in the lowland non-industrial private forest lands.
