Types of maps. A general map – aims at showing the location of places. Example: street maps and regional maps. A thematic map – aims at showing distribution of particular features and its regional difference. Example: Physical map, Climate map.

Political 政區 map –page53 • ..show the boundary 國界 of each country • Physical 地形 map (page 52) • …show the relief 地勢 • Climate 氣候 map (page 55) • show the climatic condition • Agricultural 農業map (page 54) ---Show the distribution of farming activities.
