  3. Si tomamos los dos primeros ítems estamos hablando de casi 90 Km de gasoductos y 200 Km de cañerías para redes, el último ítem tiene 570 Km de gasoductos y 112 Km de tubería para redes; todo para un total de 20.000 usuarios, 5.000 para las zonas identificadas en el ítem c)
