  3. Longitude based Altitudes Latitude based worst case scenario altitudes Price Estimate: Professor Dickey sent us a quote for around $1 million for continuous usage of the Mt. Pleasant Observatory for one year. Because We would not be using more than one station at a time, I believe it is a reasonable assumption that with around $1 million we would be able to rent out as many ground stations as needed for one year, assuming they all charge a similar rate.
