INVESTMENT PROPOSAL Grant from GoPunjab (30% of the total project cost) for acquisition of Land (Rs 22.388 billion) and Investor will arrange the remaining funds (70% of the project cost) as his partnership in the project. GENERAL CONDITIONS • Government of Punjab will provide equity/ grant (trough RDA for purchase of land) as 30% of the total project cost i.e. Rs 22.388 billion. • The investor will arrange the remaining part of the cost by providing his equity as 20% and loan as 50% of the total project cost. • Maximum rate of interest has been estimated as 14%; loan payable in 13 years a including a grace period of 3-years. Parameters for Inviting the Investors参数邀请投资者 • Land about 33,000 Kanals owned by RDA 锐迪科所有的土地约33,000 Kanals • Investor will be responsible for Road construction, Development of Economic Zone and Service Areas by investing about Rs 50 bn. 投资者将负责道路建设经济发展区和服务区约50亿卢比的投资 • Detailed design of Economic Zone will be responsibility of Investor in the context of feasibility and preliminary plan prepared by RDA 由投资者负责经济区的详细设计,为RDA准备可研、初步计划 • Out of total saleable area of 9000 Kanals , investor to handover a minimum of 500 Kanals in Economic Zone/ Service Area to RDA 由于全部可供出售的面积为9000 Kanals,投资者至少移交给RDA500 Kanals

  29. 现 状 Principally approved by the CM Punjab on 13.01.2011. 2011年1月13日旁遮普省首席部长批准. The Chief Minister Punjab ordered to complete the formalities for Interim Development Order to ban the change of land use / building structure under PDC Act 1976 for subsequent land acquisition . 旁遮普省首席部长,责令中期发展完成订购手续,为后续土地征用,按1976年PDC规则禁止改变土地利用计划/建筑结构. Subsequently, Interim Development Order has been published in the Punjab Gazette. 随后,中期发展计划在旁遮普省公报进行了宣布 The CM Punjab further ordered that land acquisition cost be reflected in the next ADP 2011-12 as a loan to RDA. 旁遮普省首席部长进一步指出:土地征用将会得到下一个ADP2011-12的RDA贷款.

  30. Investors are invited for the partnership with Govt. of the Punjab/RDA in the City Development Process of Rawalpindi – Punjab. 旁遮普省政府/RDA邀请投资者在拉瓦尔品第-旁遮普城市发展进程中进行合作。
