Parent comments • 12 responses total: • 5 responses indicated it was a matter of them finding time to get involved & attend SC meetings. 1 of these suggested knowing the big agenda items in advance would help. • 2 responses indicated their child doesn’t tell about what they are doing/ learning and they would like more daily information. • 1 would like to communicate via email vs. phone • 4 others cited individual specific concerns: holiday celebrations, scheduling, curriculum/course content, a ‘dismissed’ Highwood initiative.

Parent comments • 10 responses in total: • 4 responses indicated they weren’t sure parental input/recommendations was given much weight or did not feel they received any consideration or follow-up • 2 responses expressed concern over start/end time changes & bussing • 4 others expressed individual specific concerns regarding advance SC agendas, placement of children in classes, religious/political views, and repercussions for children who do not follow rules
