Current Project Staffing • Bechtel Parsons Blue Grass Team currently employs personnel located as follows: • Richmond, KY: 60 (18 local hires) • Jobsite: 27 • Pasadena, CA; Pasco, WA; Columbus, OH and San Diego, CA: 317 • Subcontractor and Direct Hire construction workers on site: 45 - 50 each day and growing Richmond, KY Jobsite Jobsite

Construction Work nearing completion • Access road 99% complete except for guard rail work • Roadway Concrete/ACB Potable Water & Sewer (100% complete) • Perimeter Fencing (100% complete) • ACB Electrical Power and Roadway (58% complete) • Access Control Building (81%) • Active Security Vehicle Barrier (84%)
