Report of a case • A 35-year-old male presented with a recent onset multiple, skin colored, asymptomatic, painless nodules over the trunk. • Examination revealed multiple skin-colored discrete papules and nodules which were non-tender, non-cystic, firm and dome shaped. • They varied in size from 0.5 to 2 cm in diameter (Fig1).

  4. Punch biopsy was done from a nodule and submitted for histopathological examination. • Skin biopsy showed an unremarkable epidermis. Dermis was thickened and occupied by an ill defined mass composed of homogenous eosinophilicmaterial (Fig 2). • These eosinophilic materials stained positively with a special stain.
