  8. Equity Low income schools: • No Internet access. • Not the latest technology tools. • Older home computer systems.

  9. Lightspan • Share in philosophy. • Deliver technology to children. • Involve parents to use technology. • Create a parent-child relationship with using technology. • Utilize technology tools in school. • Inspire teachers with student’s knowledge of technology.
