  1. Shopping in Kagera Diocese – North-West Tanzania

  2. Notes for teachers • This photo gallery enhances the ‘Take a Look: Our Kagera Link’ pack from St Edmundsbury and Ipswich Diocese. The pack includes background information, class work, key questions, etc. The photo on the title slide is the one used in the pack. • The gallery provides schools with additional photos on the same subject, adding variety and helping to allay stereotyping. • The packs on Carrying, Playing, Shopping and Eating have a KS1 emphasis but all the galleries can be used with any age. If you want something simpler, try the ‘Barnaby goes to Tanzania’ series also at www.cofesuffolk.org (follow Children and Young People>Schools>Resources). • Additional copies of ‘Take a Look: Our Kagera Link’ can be obtained from Education Team, St Nicholas Centre, Cutler St, Ipswich IP1 1UQ. 01473 298570 Cost £15 plus p and p.
