  3. Welcome note to Prof. Tarek Hussien; President, ASRT Prof. Maged Elsherbini; Assisstant Minister for Scientific Research Invited Trainers and Trainees Ladies and Gentlemen

  4. On behalf of the SNG program, it is our pleasure to welcome you all to this ceremony, which witness the completeness of the first training cycle for ASRT Scholars. It is such a pleasure that the training was completed in time and as originally planed.

  5. Purpose of the meeting Congratulate the scholars for their outstanding performance during training Receive Feedback from Scholars Agreed upon a keep-in-touch mechanism with the graduated scholars

  6. The meeting is also an opportunity to: Receive feedback from training providers and instructors. Promote mutual understanding and collaboration to standardize and improve the specific training courses Strengthen friendship between all parties of the program

  10. Conclusion This pilot study is a proof of concept, that a structured training program for early stage researchers can be adopted. The results and feedback are crucial for the next step to standardize and improve the quality of the training and teaching materials.
