  3. Purpose of the meeting • Celebrate the End of Training of106 ASRT- Scholars • Congratulate the scholars for their outstanding performance during training • Receive Feedback from Scholars

  4. The meeting is also an opportunity to: Receive feedback from training providers and instructors. Promote mutual understanding and collaboration to standardize and improve the specific training courses.

TRAINER Feedback The weak points in the training Module: The module is giving in one day, whereas a workshop of this broadness requires more time SNG did not provide neither the module structure nor the training material, accordingly, the weak point is the lake of a training module The training module not specific for the majority of the trainers Variation of the student career in the same classroom (should be more or less having the same specialties

  21. TRAINER Feedback The facilities and training aid: Facilities and training aids are less than anticipated. The LCD screens were too small to be seen clearly by all students. Bathrooms hygiene and cleanliness were disappointing. Food quality was extremely modest.

  22. TRAINER Feedback Administration process The administrative process was adequate enough, however it seemed to focus on the administrative aspects on the expense of the training aspects. Communication and attitude of SNG-manager and workforce They did their best for the success of the program In spite of a good organization regarding such a large number of student groups, SNG manager and workforce failed to inform trainees on time about the multiplicity of trainer groups participating to the course/module in a very compact lapse of time, which has placed trainees under stress for fulfilling their duties, both towards SNG and university. Actually the communication with us as trainers (NRC) was not good, there is a defect in the communication. SNG manager and workforce had no interim plan in case of emergency such as absence of a trainer for reasons pertaining to his/her profession or health issues.

TRAINER Feedback Trainer’s Suggestions Decrease the level of administrative requirements, (several evaluations, reports, exams or assignments), it seams as the training is focusing on the administrative aspects on the expense of the training and bonding aspects. Find other place for the teaching process The students must be more from the same specialty.
