  4. Negative aspects of a Burger King diet • High in calories, fat, and sodium. • It high energy density which makes us eat more than we otherwise would. • Fast food may increase the risk of clogged arteries that can lead to heart attacks • A fast food diet could lead to obesity.

  5. Summery • People should have a well balance meal every day. A burger king diet compared to a healthy diet contains high calories, fat, and sodium. people should not go on a fast food diet because it has long term health risks such as obesity, diabetes, and risk of heart attack. A health diet gives you the calories you need everyday.
