  1. TARGETED INFORMATION ADVICE AND GUIDANCE SERVICE LEEDS Youth Contract

Service Level - Preventative and Responsive 1:1 support for • Circumstances – e.g. home life, relationships, peer influence, finances, DV, substance misuse, housing • Capability – e.g. skills, qualifications, experience • Concerns – e.g. low self-esteem, lack of self belief • Commitment – e.g. motivation, aspirations Intensive / High • Preventative intensive 1:1 support work aimed at young people with chaotic lifestyles typically at or just below the point of entry to Social Care. Supported Plus / Medium • A mixture of 1:1 support at key stages in relation to transition i.e. careers guidance and progression planning and in response to individual need based on circumstance. 1:1 work will sit alongside a solid programme of group work to retain engagement/motivation. Supported / Lower • Predominantly supported through group work with 1:1 work in relation to Careers Guidance and Progression Planning.
