Redesigning the provision of Career IAG Focussing on: • information being provided for all through self service on-line tools; • advice being provided through diagnostic tools, again mostly self service with some support to access them where required through on-line support and telephone contact centres; and • face-to-face guidance being provided in appropriate circumstances, to those who are most vulnerable and in need of support.
