Dolby Atmos and Dolby Atmos Music

Dolby Atmos is an immersive, object-based audio format that improves conventional 5.1 and 7.1 surround systems by adding height information, enabling them to simulate a three-dimensional sound field. As the name suggests, the music-focused application of the format is called Dolby Atmos Music. And audio studio having Dolby atmos music setup in it is known as Dolby atmos studio.

  3. • It is may be used with almost any setup, including multi-speaker systems, stereo systems, and headphones. • The format can therefore be played back on a variety of playback devices, including smartphones, sound bars, game consoles, home theatre systems, and automobiles.
