CELL MODEL CALIBRATION

This capstone project by Kranthi Varala focuses on the calibration of cell models and simulators to better study and predict cell behavior and responses. It highlights the importance of accurate predictions, emphasizing the need for powerful predictive tools that can simulate cellular processes reliably. The project explores different approaches, including stochastic, flux balance, and kinetic simulators, to enhance their predictive capabilities. Through this work, we aim to contribute to the advancement of cellular modeling techniques in various applications.
