  3. What to expect? • Web/Browser interface • Navigating via browser • More screen = more functionality • Web architecture • More information displayed per screen • Added efficiency

  4. What we have done thus far • Requirements gathering sessions • Oct 2001 – March 2002 • CDR’s – #1 April, #2 June, #3 July • CM/Rev Liaison – Dr. Sinnett • Focus Group submitted requirements • Finding the balance between CSR study sections, IC’s IRG’s/SEP’s and CM community. • Can it all fit?

  6. Meeting Details • Web layout • More roster members visible • Action buttons at the bottom • Layout may change when GUI standards are published

  7. Meeting Roster • Shared screen between CM & PR • Feedback on enhancing Roster screens to meet the needs of both communities • Once the screen is deployed, you can start using and begin to see if the functionality is conducive to your business practices.

  8. View List of Applications • Added PR elements to view • Added sorting capabilities • Screen is for display purposes only in CM

  9. Meeting Locations • Pick list of the Top 100 Metro D.C. Hotels • Need input ~25 • User will pick an location • Can still edit record for that meeting only – changes to pick list hotels will not be saved to dB. • Edited locations will be saved with meeting record only

  10. Copy Roster • Query an old meeting of previous members • User can then select entire roster or subset of reviewers to be copied into a meeting • User can Sweep Dates

  11. List Degrees • Each reviewer dealt with individually • Simplify verification & correction process • Deleting or Adding degrees • Copy degrees from the profile

  12. Verify Roster • Verify accuracy of roster after meeting has occurred • For IRG’s & SEP’s only • Allow user to change attendee class. code – convert attendee to a mail reviewer • Speed up verification without having to “drill down” into roster attendee record

  13. Next Steps • Hold requirements sessions with RUG for Release #2 to enhance roster functionality • Deployment – Pilot Nov, PROD Dec • Continue to work together • RUG/CMUG cross pollination/fertilization • GA’s/Analysts/Liaisons will coordinate
