Fundraising in Belgium
We need: ± € 80.000: • Magazine • Operating costs • Activities: mostly self-sufficient except for the camps for building independency!
Sources of income: • Membership: only € 20 • Government funding: 11% • Sell of chocolates and biscuits: 33%! • Charity activities and gifts: 41% • Support/projects: 10%
It started 11 years ago... 1) Speculoos: ± € 3/kg, sold for € 6/kg 500 kg → 2700 kg!! 2) Chocolate truffles (2 varieties): ± € 2/250 g, sold for € 4
