Purpose of WFA • To evaluate the effectiveness of overall equal employment opportunity efforts; • To track trends in employment practices; • To evaluate specific deficiencies to determine if non-job-related factors or practices are impacting equity in hiring
Who Participates? • All state agencies with 50 or more employees conduct workforce analysis • All state agencies and departments establish upward mobility goals or offer a justification for exemption • All state agencies below 80% of the parity figure for representation of persons with disabilities establish hiring goals for persons with disabilities.
