  2. Assignment 1 • Parent Letter • Due by Friday 8/27 • 10 Points • Supplies are required Friday www.mrharbaugh.com

Important Announcement • All students are expected to have supplies by Friday. • A spiral notebook (bring to class daily) • A binder to keep returned papers (any size) (bring to class daily) • Pencils and/or pens (bring to class daily) • 1 bottle of hand sanitizer ( Give to Mr. H.) • 1 box of Kleenex ( Give to Mr. H.) www.mrharbaugh.com

  4. Homework • Go to the homework link at www.mrharbaugh.com and take the student survey. Must be completed by Friday 8/27 • 5 points www.mrharbaugh.com

  5. Assignment 3- Code of Conduct Poster • You will work in a group to design a poster covering one section of the code of student conduct. www.mrharbaugh.com

  6. Assignment 3- Grading Rubric Each person is responsible to contribute to the group. Mr. Harbaugh will ask each group what each member did. www.mrharbaugh.com

  8. Assignment 3 • Break into groups- smallest group size =2, largest = 4 • Assign numbers • Get your code of student conduct book. It is yours to keep. Bring it to class until the poster is done. Then keep it at home. • Read your group section in your code of conduct • Review clean up • Get a piece of poster board from under the TV (1 only) • Put each person’s first and last name, and the class period on the back • Get a rubric – class set. • Get the supplies you need (markers, colored pencils, ruler, ect.) • Put the title on your poster • Write the main ideas from your section (not word for word) and illustrate them. You need at least 10 illustrations. www.mrharbaugh.com

Clean up Time • Put your name tag in the correct turn in box under the flag • Put your poster board in the correct box by the TV • Return the rubric to the red basket on table by the projector • Return your group number to the blue basket on table by the projector • Take your code of conduct home, bring it back tomorrow • Return all makers and other supplies to where you got them • Put all desks/ chairs back • Sit in your assigned seat www.mrharbaugh.com
