  2. TTPT Elected a New Vice Chair • Elizabeth Moore of TXU was unanimously elected Vice Chair of TTPT for the remainder of 2003 • TTPT requests RMS approve Elizabeth Moore as its next Vice Chair Congratulations Elizabeth !!

  3. TTPT is proceeding with two Test Flights for 2003 • Flight 0703 for New Market Participants testing under TX SET Version 1.5 • Connectivity Completed • Test Beds communicated to ERCOT and CRs 6/27/03 • First test transactions began to flow on July 14, 2003 • Flight Scheduled to End September 5, 2003 • Flight 1003 for Existing and New Market Participants testing under TX SET Version 1.6 including transaction changes from COMET and Guideline compliance ideas from the 810/820 Working Group • Deadline to receive Requirements from V1.6 Coord. Team 7/15/03 • Flight will begin pre-test activities on July 23, 2003 • Deadline to Join Flight September 4, 2003 • First transactions to flow October 13, 2003 • Flight Scheduled to End December 5, 2003.

Details of Flight 1003 Testing Version 1.6 • Testing transaction changes to support COMET recommendations: • 814_20 Maintain Transaction that will carry a field reflecting the meter owner • Confirm the 814_20 Create transaction remains unchanged • 810_02 changes to carry the credit loops reflecting meter ownership • Test ability of CRs not offering competitive metering services to be able to exception out the 810_02 credits and reconcile with Market • Testing manual processes to support COMET recommendations: • Test actual process flows from faxes, calls, etc. that relate to the installation, removal, testing and exchange of a customer’s meter • Test actual forms being created by COMET to implement meter deregulation • Testing transaction clarifications from 810/820 Working Group • Matching Trace numbers between 810/820s • $0.00 820 transactions, Payment loops must match totals, etc. • Greater testing of cancel/rebill/credit transactions

TTPT Adopted Four Test Flights for 2004 • V1.6-0104 (Testing New Market Participants in TX SET Version 1.6) • Connectivity to start Dec 8, 2003 (to avoid Christmas/New Years) • Jan 12, 2004 - Feb 20, 2004 (6 weeks for scripts) • V1.6-0304 (Testing New Market Participants in TX SET Version 1.6) • Connectivity to start Feb 23 • March 15, 2004 - Apr. 23, 2004 (6 weeks for scripts) • V2.0-0504 (Full Market Test of TX SET Version 2.0 • Connectivity to start April 26 • May 17, 2004 - July 23, 2004 (10 weeks for scripts) Version 2.0 Production Implementation Date (RMS Approved) August 1, 2004 • V2.0-0904 (Testing New Market Participants in TX SET Version 2.0) • Connectivity to start Aug. 23 • Sept 13, 2004 - Nov. 19, 2004 (10 weeks for scripts)

  7. Proposed Resolution for Test Flights for 2004 • RMS approves the initial Market Testing timelines for Flights V1.6-0104, V1.6-0304, V2.0-0504 and V2.0-0904 as adopted by the TTPT. • RMS further directs that any material changes to these timelines or changes in scope of the test flights must be approved by RMS.
