  1. WELCOME TO YOUR NEW OUTPATIENT PHARMACY STATION 1 & 2: PRESCRIPTION (RX) PICK-UP Watch the Pharmacy & Canteen monitors for your name, which appears after we complete your RX order TODAY. IMPORTANT: Your name will NOT appear on the monitor if we completed your RX order on a previous date. You may go directly to a Pick-UP Station for your RX order completed on another day. STATION 3: PRESCRIPTION DROP-OFF & INFORMATION NEW! Take a number from the red ticket dispenser immediately outside the Pharmacy Waiting Area. Watch for your number on the display under the RX Pick-up Monitor & listen to be called. *Please take a new number if you miss your turn or lose your ticket.* • Please allow the following individuals to proceed directly to a Pharmacy Station out-of-turn: • VA HealthCare providers • Emergency Department patients • Hospital Discharge & Same-Day Surgery patients • Ambulance-transported patients
