  2. Why a Ministry Plan? • Think intentionally about LCH’s next 5, 10 and 20 years • Prepare for future personnel transitions • Guide the use of our limited resources • Help to prioritize capital campaign improvements • Discern God’s purpose for us

  3. Past Planning Outcomes • Purchase of Poki lot • Reconciled in Christ congregation • Healing service every month • Established a preschool • Air conditioning system replaced • New liturgies beyond the LBW • Mission Statement • New altar; improved signage; glass in sanctuary doors

  4. Ministry Plan Process • Task Force convened (March 05) • Natural Church Development Survey (May/June 05) • Historical Reflection (Sept 05) • “Norm Identification”/Lutherfest (Oct 05) • Draft Goal Statements (today)
