  4. Buildings 25,70, 155, 166 and 1871 of 3 • Structure • Roof (wood/ethernite). Large crack (bldg 25). Some leaks from skylights. • Facade. Paintwork. • Windows. Rotting frames with single glazing. Some blinds to be replaced. • Bldg 70 is all wood construction. • Infrastructure • Electricity to be checked (circuit breakers)

  5. Buildings 25, 70, 155, 166 and 1872 of 3 • Flooring, mezzanine 155 – maximum load assessment • Access, paving (exterior) to be consolidated • Heating inefficient (Bldg 16, full renovation required)

Buildings 25, 70, 155, 166 and 1873 of 3 • Conclusion • Large amounts of wood are employed in the construction of parts of this building complex (roofing, corridors, offices). • The long term viability of the complex should be assessed and if kept investment should be considered for fire detection, protection and evacuation.
