  1. TTWCS System Engineering Group Supported the TTWCS System Engineering Group in the following: Reviewed, provided comments, and developed changes for Tactical Tomahawk system level requirements documents including the TWS Operational Requirements Document (ORD), TWS SSDD (JCM 2142), TTWCS Performance Specification, and the TTWCS System/Segment Specification (SSS). Generated/maintained requirements tracing between the ORD, JCM 2142, TTWCS Performance Specification and TTWCS SSS. Generated SSA trade study analysis and proposed an SSA requirements management process. Researched potential enhancements for the v5 update to the SSS, JCM-2142, ORD, and 3900/146. Generated/maintained master version of TTWCS Performance Specification and generated changes for the v5 update to this document including SSGN, TTL and TTPV changes. Researched/resolved TTWCS Problem Reports, Action Items, RFAs, IDR, and SDR issues and actions. Supported Engineering Review Board, Problem Review Board, Requirements Change Review Board, Program Configuration Control Board, and TTWCS Technical Exchange Meetings.

TTWCS System Engineering Group Supported the TTWCS System Engineering Group in the following: Supported C4I Working Group, Tomahawk Strike Coordination Working Group, Information Assurance Working Group, and SEI&V IPT meetings. Reviewed and supplied comments on ICNs against JCM-2015, 3900/114, 3900/146, WS-19708, WS-20931, and WS-20932. Participated in 3900/114 and 3900/146 working groups. Reviewed and commented on LBT and SDCT test procedures. Updated and coordinated generation of the Test Requirements Matrix and generated compare files between different versions of the TRM. Reviewed and provided comments against System Requirements Specifications, System Architect elements, the HCI Design Specification, Employment Concept Document, User Workflows, TTWCS CONOPS and ISS content.

TTWCS System Engineering Group • Supported the TTWCS System Engineering Group in the following: Reviewed 3900/146 for possible V5 P3I improvements, prepared list of V5 candidates, and prepared conceptual data flow for the candidates Reviewed RCRB P3I list, categorized and prioritized candidates, and prepared brief for the Fleet on V5 prioritized candidates Researched and prepared CONOPS on ESP/Loss of COMMS/Other FRU tasking verification/ASN to TLD useage Work on operator work flow for Phase B inputs to TACMEMO working group Reviewed and prepared inputs for the TACMEMO working group, LAC brief, Employment Concepts Document, Voice CFF CONOPS, User Workflows Lead SE for the C&C Group, which consisted of TTWCS elements: TAR, IFM, LPMP, and PML. This group was responsible for developing V5 enhancements, scoping the enhancements, and developing the SSS requirements for the enhancements

  4. TTWCS System Engineering Group Future Tasks: Maintain links from SSS to JCM-2142, JCM-2166, AWCS SS, and UK Equipment Characteristics document in DOORS. Develop v5 changes to JCM-2142. Technical lead for the C&C workflows Develop portions of the V5 SSDD Maintain and update JCM-2231/2 for V5 changes Participate in IDS-8, 3900/114 and 3900/146 IWGs Review and comment on assigned documents Participate in all TEMs and ERBs for SSDD, SRS, and SSS Participate in all Program Reviews for V5.
