This study involves the analysis of posterior hypothalamus tissue in Sprague-Dawley rats using a gel with pH3-10NL range and Cy3/Cy5 labeling. Tissue samples were treated with a buffer containing 7M Urea/.2M Thiourea and NP40. Gel was made by Applied Biomics.
