Career Readiness Resources • Career Pathway Certifications • Career Technical Education (CTE) • On campus – Business Math, Band, Music Theory, Art, Media Design, Photography, Intro to Engineering, etc. • So Cal ROC – Finance & Business, Dental, Medical, Pharmacy and Veterinary Sciences; Sign Language, 3D Digital Animation, Automotive Technician, Welding, Electrical, etc. • Internships – (Juniors and Seniors) • Mattel, Northrop Grumman, Boeing, LAWA, ESPD, Ed! Davis and Derosa Physical Therapy, etc.

Career Readiness Resources • Work Experience – (Juniors and Seniors 16+) • Career-based Field Trips – (All Grades) • This year’s trips included: Grammy Museum, LAWA, Radisson, Hybrid Apparel, Port of Los Angeles, Karl Storz, Republic Services, Job Fairs, etc. • Career Pathways and Workforce Readiness Elective Class – (Juniors and Seniors) • Rigorous year-long course with emphasis on individual career paths • Focus on preparing students for their place in the global economy • Use of communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and creativity • Time management, networking, “web presence,” and employability
