  4. PBIFs marked out along gluteal folds

  5. Bilateral PBIFs elevated with pedicles marked with black arrows

  6. PBIFs inset with primary closure of donor sites and groin dissection sites

  7. Good introital opening immediate post-op

  8. Good introital opening 4 months post-operatively. Inconspicuous donor site scars
