Connect Your Home Employee Handbook • Given to you to acquaint you with Connect Your Home’s general guidelines, policies, procedures and benefits. • You are required to read and adhere to all information. • Information included is subject to change. You will be notified if and when it does. • If you have any questions, please feel free to speak with Human Resources or the Director of Operations.

Connect Your Home Employee Handbook • Breaks • Paid 10 minute break in the middle of every 4 hour work period. • Unpaid 30 minutes (min.) if you work more than 6 hours. • All breaks must be coordinated or scheduled to insure proper coverage of telephones, etc. • Payroll • Workweek begins and ends on Saturday at 12:00 midnight. • Employees are paid every two weeks, on alternating Fridays. • Direct Deposit is available for all employees.

Connect Your Home Employee Handbook • Attendance • You are expected to keep regular attendance, be on time and work as scheduled. • An absence is any time you are scheduled to work and fail to report. • Tardiness is anytime you arrive late and/or are not ready to work at your scheduled starting time (includes after break and meal times). • Must notify supervisor if you will be late or absent. • Benefits • Group Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance. • 401k Retirement Savings Plan. • Holiday Policy. • Paid Time Off.
