Set non-negotiables 1. Urgency to reflect on old story and create a new narrative around success 3. Making adults feel respected

  3. Phase 1: Urgency and Professionalism • Launch date: NOW • Look at our history. • Use it as a catalyst for change. • Create a shared vision and professional culture.

  4. Phase 2: Good teaching leads to good learning • We will transform the school through good teaching and learning. • Good teaching will be defined by non-negotiables. • Good learning will be measured by engagement rate initially.

  5. Phase 3: Supervision and support • Administrators are hands-on. • PD is focused, deliberate, and collaborative • Lesson review and PLCS will be used.

  6. Phase 4: Data Embedded in Everything • A rigorous cycle is created • Launch dates are set. • Course corrections are made.

  7. Shoot for the stars! Remember, the Apollo was off course the majority of the time but still met its destination.
