  2. “DeCA Europe Downrange” Goal is to come on line in 2009 • Start with a pilot program supporting limited APO’s • Uses the Military Postal System MPS to deliver the benefit • Not intended to replace AAFES • Begin with 500 line items • Expand as we refine the process • Bring the Agency into the 21st Century • Reach those customers w/o convenient access to existing commissary facilities
