  2. A Little Information about Tufts 2 board locations (that serve different food) 5 Retail 1 C-Store 1 Catering 1 Kosher Deli 1 Central Commissary 1 Seasonal Mobile, outdoor/indoor Cart (Khaat)

Who uses the Commissary Reports? • 2 of our locations: Catering and Central Kitchen supply food for other locations- These 2 locations use the Commissary reports. • Central: Supplies: Soups, desserts, and does the prep for some fruits, cheeses and cold cuts on a daily basis. • Catering: is one location in FoodPro but is split into two areas on Campus: Distribution and Production. • Catering produces food for our CE, Mugar Café and Hodgdon GTG.

Catering = 1 FoodPro Location • Orders and prepares all the food for Hodgdon Good to Go and Mugar Café along with all of the Catering functions on Campus. • Since Catering is physically “separated”, we utilize different storage areas & production/service departments. • We have two order groups for a majority of our vendors for Catering along with different customer numbers.

  7. Central Kitchen/Bakery • Is our Commissary location that produces the following for all of our units: • Meats, cheese, • To Go: Salads, sandwiches, wraps for all of our retail units • Soups, pastries, pies, cakes cookies etc… for both our Board, Retail and Catering locations. • We are currently in the process of going to already processed vegetables from our vendor. .........Let the fun begin
