2. My Audience Generally my magazine would be aimed more at teenagers/young adults, ages raging from 13-19, but the magazine could still appeal to older people. My target audience for my magazine is people who listen to heavy rock music, as anyone can listen to music my target audience would be between A and C1 in the socio-economic table. The Young And Rubicams group that my audience would fit into would be the Succeeders.

3. Convergence I used convergence throughout my magazine to appeal to both possibly younger and older audiences. I mentioned the cover band using Facebook so this would appeal to users of Facebook and their page would include their music.

4. Style My double page spread included quite formal language but also quite persuasive language to encourage the reader to listen to the band. On the cover I used a font for the title which is easy to recognise but also easy to read, then throughout the magazine I used bold fonts to be eye-catching to attract the reader to reading the article. By using page furniture I thought it made the magazine look more professional but they also enhanced the important information which I wrote throughout the magazine.

5. Images The images I used were mostly photos of band members and the members of the cover band, I used these images because they were relevant to the theme of my magazine.

6. Content On the contents page, I included articles that I thought would appeal to my audience, for example, ‘TSSF and TWY collaborate?’, these are bands which are similar to the cover band so fans of the various bands I used on the front cover/contents page would want to read the articles. The double page spread article is called ‘Teen Spirit’ as the members in the band are teenagers and I thought by using this title, it would attract teenagers to read the article and relate to the band which the article is about.

7. Colour The colours used throughout the magazine are mostly blacks, greys and dark reds as darker colours mostly resemble anger etc and this the type of music I've created my magazine around is mostly heavy and can be quite angry. Although I have used whites and reds for important information, using brighter colours on dark backgrounds etc stand out a lot more so the important parts are more eye-catching than if they were also in darker colours.
