Digital Electronic identitycard (like smart card) (eID) Card toauthenticate the user No information is stored on the eID All transactions online (administrativetasks) Public website -> webshop • Budget and workload • Marginalcostkept low • Examples: entrancetoswimming pool, cultural events, sportsinfrastructure • Expenditurebetween 0,1 and 0,4 euro/inhabitant/y. • Average 0,2 euro/inhabitant (+ possiblerefundthrough ‘Prevention fund’) • Civilservant: on average 10% FTE (different per municipality)
