  2. Fire Safety You should always know where the fire extinguisher is located in the classroom incase of a fire You should always know where the fire blanket is located in your classroom incase of a large fire There is a fire at the table next to you and you are not sure on what to do. You get the teacher and put it out with the fire blanket. Your working on a project and it catches on fire, the people around you start to freak out. You locate the extinguisher and put it out!

  3. Chemical safety You should never directly smell chemicals, always waft NEVER EVER drink a substance unless your teacher told you it was okay! You are wafting a chemical in a lab and it smells really good, so you decide to taste it and you are allergic to the stuff in it you imminently are put in the hospital!!! You are learning about observing, you need to observe a liquid so you smell it directly and have a bad headache from the chemical!

  4. Equipment Safety Always keep your safety goggles on while you are doing an experiment If a test tube is cracked before you start a experiment DO NOT use it! Right before you start a lab you notice that one of your test tubes has a crack, you ignore it and move on. Later on down in the experiment you need to use the test tube. After you put the chemical in the tube it bust and the substance is all over the floor. • You are working with chemicals and you decide that your goggles are getting annoying so you take them of and then you get the chemical in your eye and it hurts really bad!
