Speaker A You are a good seller, but you find it difficult to keep up with your paperwork. You work late in the evening, when it's easier to contact clients, so you tend to arrive a little later in the morning than your colleagues. Speaker B You have already asked A to arrive on time and to keep their paperwork up to date, but they are still arriving late and not doing the paperwork. You have asked A to speak to you in your office. Make it clear that their performance must improve and try to find a solution. Speaker C You are a consultant: observe the interview and give A and B feedback on their people skills when they have finished.
