Specialist Nursing and AHP • During 2010 the project steering group has decided to benchmark across the fourteen specialist hospitals: • Clinical performance • Medical manpower • Specialist Nursing • AHP staffing • So far CER has held scoping meetings and workshop to agree definitions, data collection protocol and timelines

The CNS data collection exercise We asked for actual WTEs to be split into three categories and gave examples: Patient-facing Outpatients, home visits, ward-based work, telephone and e-contact, patient-related clinical administration, and MDT Travel time Non-patient-facing Professional development, management, non-patient-related administration, teaching and audit
