Company’s History • In year 1832 foundation of forge by Archduke Karol Ludwik Habsburg. • In 1837 transformation from forgeinto pig iron processing works named Fryderyk’s Ironworks. • - In 1912 creation Austrian Public Limited Company for Bolts and Forged Articles Factory “Breviller” and “A. Urban and Sons” Company, with head office in Vienna – production of first bolts. • During II World War, destruction of the factoryin 70%; resumption of production from the 1st July 1945. • On the July 2005 Company gained new owner, which is “Srubena Unia” S.A. • - 30.12.2006 r. came economic change from Bolt’s Company „ŚRUBENA-PRODUKCJA”Ltd. into Public Limited Company, through merger with ŚRUBENA UNIA S.A.

Company’s characterization • The company is second fasteners producer in Poland and belongs to the tenth of the biggest European manufacturers of fasteners. • Monthly production is ~1 400 tons • Employment: 416employees. • - Annual turnover:20 – 25 million euros. • Sales: • Export 60% • Domestic 40% • The Company is the only manufacturer of fasteners in Poland applying both cold as well as hot forging technologies • Qualified staff and well maintained machinery guarantee an efficient production and the highest quality.
