Company Presentation About the Company • CTS-servis, a.s. is the largest manufacturer of hooklifts and skiplifts in the Czech Republic and in the Central Europe. • CTS LIFT hooklifts and skiplifts are famoust all around the Czech and Slovak Republic as well as in other European countries. • Czech market is one of the most "containerized" market in Europe, due to active promotion of container systems by CTS-servis.

Company Presentation History: • 1949 - established as a company oriented to repairs and productionof agricultural equipment • 1985 - beginning of production of container systems • 1992 - privatization, transformation to Limited company • 1993 - 1998 - hookloaders becomming popular among Czech customers, fast growth of the production • 1997 - first supplies for Czech army • 2007 - peak production, more than 700 units / year • 2008 - transformation to joint-stock company
