  4. Include all your stakeholders: CEO’s, CNO’s, Cath Lab & ED Directors, EMS Directors…….

Make a timeline and a checklist Algorithms & Flowcharts have been reviewed by all stakeholders for input Personal site visits are scheduled Maps & Lists Done Jan 2015 Apr 2014 Aug 2014 All internal processes are down to a fine science Introduction Letters & Algorithms are sent to referring centers Jun 2014 Jan 2014 Feb 2014 Sept 2014 Start adding referral centers in one at a time It can take 1 to 2 years or more to build a Regional Cardiac Network
