    1. 0 DMHRSi Work Structures “Work Structures” refer to locations, organizations, groups, jobs, and positions within DMHRSi. “Work Structures” are created using existing source system data. Work Structures are the foundation for all activities within DMHRSi.

    23. 22 Group Group is an Organization. Group is used to align an employee to a work center when the organization associated with the assigned position differs from the work center in which they actually work. If there is no difference in the organization associated with the assigned position and the employee’s actual work center, the Group and the Organization will be the same value in DMHRSi.

    25. 24 Employee Assignment Employees require an assignment in DMHRSi. Employees may have more than one assignment. Assignment links an employee to a: Location Organization Group Job Position Grade

    26. 25 DMHRSi Work Structures Assignment consists of: Location Organization Group Job Position Grade A person can have many assignments.
