  2. Conditions You Might Face • You might face snow mobiles, trees , people , wild life , icy trails , twists , turns , steep banks , and icy lakes. • Most parts of Alaska are 30 degrees , 0 degrees , and 40 degrees

  3. Equipment • You will need warm mittens and hats • A sled • Dogs • Warm jackets • Dog food • food

  4. A Dogs Needs • I would bring kibbles and a few small pieces of meat. • I would need to bring booties for the dogs paws incase they get cold or start to rip.

  5. Dangers I Might Face • I will face wild life , snow mobiles , icy lakes ,humans , steep banks , twists and turns. I Hope I Do Not Get Hurt!!

  6. A Day In The Life Of A Musher • We wake up at about 6:oo A.M. Start to set up the sled . Next a quick run with the dogs at 7:00 . 9:30… time for breakfast and office work . 12:00 switch gears and get to work on programs run in Alaska . Also some lunch . Then about 5:00 there are still hours and hours of day light . Play outside , work in the kennel , try to garden and maybe a few dog races here and there… that’s a day in a mushers life.
