  1. The History of Technology A virtual museum tour showcasing human technological ingenuity throughout time!

  2. What are we doing? • An inquiry (research) project based on human created technology throughout time.

  3. How are we going to do it? • By using;

Technology: A timeline! • We will be researching five distinct periods of human history! • Prehistory – Before recorded events • Ancient times – think Mesopotamia, Egypt, Rome and Greece • Middle Ages – think Kings, Queens, Knights and peasants • Renaissance – think of the age of enlightenment and reason • Modern times – think industrial revolution and the modern age.

  6. Today’s task! • Create your initial research question. • Plan your course of action for the research. • Ex. What type of technology did Neanderthals use to get their food? • Ex. What type of material will I need to complete my research? • *If you have generated your questions and constructed your plan, you may begin your research! * Make note of the sites you are using!! We will be creating a bibliography of our work.
