Project Overview – Facility Scope BMS is investing $750 million in the construction of a Large-Scale Cell Culture (LSCC) manufacturing facility for the commercial production of biopharmaceuticals in Devens, MA. This facility will have 120,000 liters of bioreactor capacity. Designed for concurrent multi-product production.
