  3. What can you do with RightFax? • Send faxes directly from your computer • Incoming faxes: • Email attachment • Printer • K: drive folder • RightFax is already installed on your computer

  5. Launching FaxUtil RightFax is already installed on your computer. To launch RightFax: • Start > Programs > RightFax FaxUtility

  6. Launching FaxUtil • Away from the office … or use a Mac? • Launch RightFaxvia Citrix (idcri.dcri.duke.edu)

  7. Customizing Your Cover Page Frequent users of RightFax should update their contact information for use on RightFax cover sheets. • Launch FaxUtil. • Select Tools > Options. • User Information tab. • Cover Sheet Information: • Name • Fax Number • Voice Number
