“But… waves?” • DCON is to inspire you to start your own wave of service, to start your own ripple. Have fun surfing the million waves of service!
“What if I get lost at sea?” • If you: • Get lost • Want to know which workshop would be most beneficial for you • Are confused in anyway whatsoever, • - Feel free to ask a Kiwanis advisor, lieutenant governor, or sergeant at arms (SAA)! • - Check our nametags! • You can’t really drown in waves of service! Just let go and enjoy the ride!
Tips! • Ask other Key Clubbers how they feel! • Plan out which workshops to attend • Follow Dress Code and the Code of Conduct HAVE FUN!

DCON DOs! • Show your CLUB spirit! • The spirit stick at each general session will be given out to the most spirited club! • Learn a lot from the workshops! • Ask thoughtful questions during caucusing • See other service projects and meet the candidates at the service expo! • Interact with other Key Clubbers
DCON DOs! • Eat and sleep; remember to stay hydrated! • You’ll need all the energy you can get! • Follow the code of conduct • Inspire others to serve! Start the ripple effect! BEE TRIVIA!Are girls and boys allowed in the same hotel rooms?
DCON DON’Ts! • Don’t disturb other hotel guests • Harm others while cheering (and in general) • Miss your commitments • (SAA/Judging/Delegates, etc) • Stay in your hotel room—you must attend convention at all times • Remember to set an alarm to wake up on time BEE TIP! Set up a shower schedule with your roomies!
Code of Conduct • You must always follow the code of conduct! • Not doing so may result in the removal of your entire club from District Convention. • Follow dress code, stay inside your room during curfew, behave appropriately, etc.
